Can you combine a bathroom and a separate toilet?
Yes, and it is one of the more common southside jobs we quote. Because we hold an open builder licence we can remove the dividing wall, relocate the plumbing and rebuild it as one larger room, rather than just retiling what is there.
Do you do units and townhouses, not just houses?
Yes. Body corporate work needs approval before anything starts and often has rules about access hours and waste, so we deal with that as part of the job rather than leaving it to you.
