Waterproofing is part of the bathroom scope, with the applicable compliance documentation provided at handover. The quote also identifies plumbing, electrical and repair work required for your renovation.
That's most of what we do. Older bathrooms often hide surprises — water-damaged framing, out-of-date plumbing, asbestos sheeting in pre-90s homes. We identify what we can at the site visit, handle licensed asbestos removal where needed, and document anything found at demolition with photos and a written price before extra work happens.
After a site visit, the quote fixes the price for the agreed scope and identifies supply allowances. Changes to selections or scope are priced and agreed in writing under the contract. Hidden conditions are documented before additional work is agreed.
