Most renovation problems are coordination problems: a tiler booked before the waterproofer, a stone template taken before the cabinetry is fixed, a variation agreed on site and forgotten. Axena holds an open builder licence and runs the whole job, so the sequence is planned before the first trade arrives.

Yes. After a site visit you receive a written scope with a fixed price, with any supply allowances for items you have not yet selected shown separately.

Axena Projects Pty Ltd holds QBCC Open Builder Licence 15558211. Insurance for your project is confirmed once the project is contracted.
Usually, yes. For a single bathroom or kitchen most clients stay. For whole-home work we plan the sequence with you so there is always a usable kitchen or bathroom where possible.
