Yes — Axena Projects Pty Ltd holds QBCC Open Builder Licence 15558211 and full insurance. Compliance certificates (waterproofing, plumbing, electrical, and Form 15/16 engineering where relevant) are provided as part of every job they apply to.
After a site visit you receive a written fixed price with supply allowances itemised — tiles, stone, appliances, fixtures. Selections above an allowance cost you only the difference on that item. Variations only ever happen in writing, with photos where site conditions are involved. Quotes are valid for 30 days.
Our sweet spot is complete rooms and larger — full bathrooms, kitchens, multi-room renovations and outdoor projects. For a single leaking tap you'll do better with a local plumber, and we're happy to point you to good ones.
