Full bathroom renovation
$29,000 to $32,000
A complete strip out and rebuild, with the shower, vanity and toilet staying in their existing positions. This is the majority of the bathrooms we build.
With fixtures relocated
Around $35,000
When the shower, vanity or toilet moves, the plumbing has to be relocated and the floor opened up. This is also the range for combining a bathroom and a separate toilet into one larger room.

Tiles, tapware, vanity and screen are listed as supply allowances so you can see exactly what has been set aside for each. Choose above your allowance and you pay the difference on that item. If a selection changes the installation work, any scope and price adjustment is agreed in writing before proceeding.

How do I compare a bathroom refresh package with a full renovation?

Most Axena bathrooms take three to four weeks on site once materials are in hand. Lead times on made to order items such as shower screens and vanities sit outside that window, which is why selections are locked in before we start.
