Kitchen renovation
The wall and the structural column came out and the kitchen opened into the living space. New island, new flooring throughout. Removing structure is the part a cabinetmaker cannot do for you.
Laundry conversion
The room changed purpose entirely. New drainage and plumbing, waterproofing certified to standard, and a walk-in shower where the washing machine used to sit. Work like this needs a builder's licence, and it is where a second bathroom comes from when the floor plan says there is no room for one.

Building has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up around family in the industry and went into it myself, and I am on site on our jobs rather than running them from an office.
We take pride in the detail. Not only the finish you can see, but the parts behind the walls that make a home solid and built to last. You deal with me, not a salesperson, and the same person who quotes your job is the one who runs it.

Consultation
A conversation, usually on site. We listen to what you are after, talk through what is possible, and walk you through how we work.

Quote and plan
A detailed scope of works and a fixed price, with clear inclusions, allowances and timelines. You know exactly what is included before anything is signed.
- 03
Build
We coordinate the trades, manage the schedule and document every step. Regular updates, progress photos, one point of contact.
- 04
Handover
We walk the property with you, deal with any final items, and hand over the certifications and warranties. Then we stay available through the defects period.
