We are a licensed building company doing bathrooms, kitchens, extensions and structural work across Brisbane, Logan and the Redlands. Walls come out, rooms change purpose, and the price is fixed before anything is pulled apart.
The wall and the structural column came out and the kitchen opened into the living space. New island, new flooring throughout. Removing structure is the part a cabinetmaker cannot do for you.
The room changed purpose entirely. New drainage and plumbing, waterproofing certified to standard, and a walk-in shower where the washing machine used to sit. Work like this needs a builder's licence, and it is where a second bathroom comes from when the floor plan says there is no room for one.
Single basin and a builder's mirror became twin basins, a backlit mirror and travertine floor to ceiling, with a frameless walk-in shower and a linear drain.
Full strip-outs, waterproofing certified to standard, wet-area compliance and the certificates to prove it.
Including the structural side. Walls removed, beams installed, services relocated.
Multiple rooms sequenced so trades follow each other properly and the job keeps moving.
Adding space, or changing what the space is for. Engineering and certification handled.
Building has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up around family in the industry and went into it myself, and I am on site on our jobs rather than running them from an office.

We walk the property with you, deal with any final items, and hand over the certifications and warranties. Then we stay available through the defects period.
