The best Logan kitchens usually start with taking a wall out. Axena Projects is a local QBCC open-licensed builder, so the structural work, the services, the stone and the cabinetry are all one plan, one fixed price, and one team — based right here in the corridor.

Most Logan homes were built between the 70s and the 2000s, and nearly all of them share the same kitchen problem: a closed-in room, cut off from the living space and the backyard. A flat-pack refresh doesn't fix that. Taking out the right wall does.
As open-licensed builders we handle the whole transformation: engineering and structural openings, relocated plumbing and electrical with compliance certificates, new flooring that ties the spaces together, custom cabinetry, stone benchtops and lighting. One fixed price. One team. A kitchen that finally connects to the deck, the dining room and the way your family actually lives.
We're based in the Logan corridor, our trade team works here every week, and the kitchens on this page are real local projects — not stock photography.
Usually within the week. We look at structure, services and light, talk through layouts, and quote the job fixed — cabinetry, stone and appliance allowances itemised.
Finishes, stone, splashback and appliances locked in early; long-lead items ordered before demolition so the build runs straight through.
Typically 2–4 weeks on site depending on structural scope — demolition, beams in, services, sheeting, cabinetry, stone templating and fit-off, splashback and detail.
Compliance certificates, manuals in one pack, and a builder ten minutes away for anything that ever comes up.
Most complete kitchen renovations we build across Logan land between $25,000 and $55,000. A like-for-like layout with new cabinetry and stone sits toward the lower end; open up the floor plan with structural work, add a butler's pantry and premium appliances and it runs higher.
Indicative only — every job is quoted as a fixed price after a site visit, with allowances you can tune before signing.
We also build kitchens across the southside — see kitchen renovations Brisbane.
Yes — that's builder bread and butter. At the site visit we identify what's structural, and where a beam is needed we arrange the engineering and include the whole thing in your fixed price: beam, install, and making good the ceiling, walls and floors.
Typically 2–4 weeks on site. Cabinetry and stone are ordered before demolition so nothing sits half-finished waiting on deliveries, and we'll help you plan a temporary setup in the meantime.
Either works. Most clients choose their own appliances against an allowance in the quote — if you spend less than the allowance you're credited the difference, more and you pay only the gap. Prefer to source them yourself? We'll fit client-supplied appliances and simply exclude them from the price.
Making good is part of the job — we patch and blend flooring, or run new flooring through the combined space so it reads as one room, and we'll price both options so you can choose.
Yes — QBCC Open Builder Licence 15558211, fully insured, with engineering certification (Form 15/16) provided where structural elements are involved. That's the paperwork a kitchen-company-only outfit can't give you.
The whole thing — demolition through to the last splashback tile and the appliance fit-off. One quote, one schedule, one accountable builder, and your weekends back.
Tell us what you're planning. We'll walk the space with you, talk through options honestly, and quote the whole job — in writing.
