How it works
We confirm site-visit availability after reviewing your enquiry. We look at structure, services and light, talk through layouts, and quote the job fixed — cabinetry, stone and appliance allowances itemised.
Finishes, stone, splashback and appliances locked in early; long-lead items ordered before demolition with delivery dates considered in the construction schedule.
Typically 2–4 weeks on site depending on structural scope — demolition, beams in, services, sheeting, cabinetry, stone templating and fit-off, splashback and detail.

Cost
Most complete kitchen renovations we build across Redlands land between $30,000 and $80,000. The spread comes down to size, whether walls or plumbing move, and your choice of benchtops, appliances and joinery.

Yes — that's builder bread and butter. At the site visit we identify what's structural, and where a beam is needed we arrange the engineering and include the whole thing in your fixed price: beam, install, and making good the ceiling, walls and floors.
The construction timeframe depends on the agreed scope and delivery dates. Cabinetry production, stone templating and installation affect when the kitchen can be used again. We confirm the expected downtime with your quote.
Appliances can be included as supply allowances or supplied by you. The quote identifies those allowances and any installation work. Final selections and changes are reconciled under the contract.
Making good is part of the job — we patch and blend flooring, or run new flooring through the combined space so it reads as one room, and we'll price both options so you can choose.
