Bathroom renovations, Brisbane northside.

Axena Projects builds bathrooms and kitchens right across the northside, from Ashgrove and Bardon through to Aspley and Bracken Ridge. One QBCC open builder licence, every trade coordinated by us, and a fixed price agreed before anything is pulled apart.

Work we have finished on the northside

A full renovation at Arana Hills and another at The Gap, both complete. We are based on the northside ourselves, which is the practical difference: when something needs a second look after handover, we are not driving across the city to get there.

What it costs

Most complete bathroom renovations we build land between $29,000 and $35,000. Keeping the shower, vanity and toilet in their existing positions sits at the lower end. Moving fixtures, so the plumbing relocates, runs to around $35,000. Kitchens run from about $30,000 to $80,000. You get a fixed price after a site visit, with allowances itemised so you control where the money goes. See the full cost breakdown.

How the job runs

Site visit and fixed price, selections locked before demolition, then the build with every trade coordinated under our licence, and certificates in your hand at handover. The full step by step is on our Brisbane bathrooms page.

Common questions

Do you actually work north of the river, or is that just a service area?

We are based on the northside. Completed renovations at Arana Hills and The Gap, and the business itself runs from the inner north. That matters most after handover, when something needs a second look and we are not crossing the city to get to you.

How much does a bathroom renovation cost?

A full bathroom is $29,000 to $32,000 with fixtures staying in position, or around $35,000 if the plumbing has to be relocated. Fixed price after a site visit, with supply allowances itemised.

Can you work on an older Queenslander?

Yes. Older homes are where a QBCC open builder licence earns its keep, because the work often turns out to involve floor structure, levels or wall framing rather than just tiling. We will tell you at the site visit if we find something that changes the scope, and price it before we touch it.

What if you find something once the walls are open?

Anything genuinely unforeseeable, like hidden water damage or rotted framing, is photographed and priced as a written variation before any extra work happens. It never just appears on the final invoice.
