Because we hold a QBCC open builder licence, we can also do what bathroom-only outfits can't: move walls, enlarge windows, relocate the bathroom entirely, or fold an ensuite and walk-in-robe into the plan.

We'll give you a construction timeframe with your quote — and we sequence trades ourselves, so the job doesn't stall waiting for the next person. Lead times on made-to-order items like shower screens and vanities sit outside that window, which is why selections are locked in before we start.
Yes — always. Waterproofing is installed by a licensed applicator and certified, and you receive the certificate along with plumbing and electrical compliance certificates at handover. Yes. After a site visit you receive a fixed price with supply allowances itemised. If you choose tiles or tapware above your allowance, you simply pay the difference on the item — the labour price doesn't move. Anything genuinely unforeseeable (like hidden water damage found at demolition) is documented with photos and priced as a written variation before any extra work happens.
Almost everyone does. We contain dust, protect floors along the access route, and keep a second toilet or temporary arrangement usable wherever possible. If it's your only bathroom, we'll plan the sequence to keep downtime to a minimum and give you honest dates.
