Axena Projects Pty Ltd ("Axena Projects", "we", "us") is a Queensland residential building company. We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

• Contact details — your name, email address, phone number and suburb when you contact us, request a quote, or submit an enquiry form.
• Project information — details about your property and renovation or building project that you choose to share with us.
• Enquiry-form submissions from our advertising — if you complete a lead form on Facebook or Instagram (Meta platforms), the details you submit in that form are provided to us. Meta's handling of your data on its own platforms is governed by Meta's Privacy Policy.
• Communications — emails, messages and call records relating to your enquiry or project.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and provide quotes;
• To plan, deliver and manage building work you engage us for, including required regulatory documentation;
• To communicate with you about your project;
• To meet our legal obligations as a licensed Queensland builder.

What we don't do

We do not sell your personal information. We only share it with service providers we use to run our business (for example accounting, scheduling and communication systems), with subcontractors and certifiers to the extent needed to deliver your project, and where the law requires it.

Storage and security

Your information is stored in our business systems with access limited to the people who need it to serve you. We retain project records for the periods required by Queensland building law and tax law.

Access, correction and deletion

You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email info@axenaprojects.com and we will respond promptly.
